Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligible items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Products that have been used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact us at support@petwino.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
